I woke up this morning and realized how clear my face has been lately. I don’t have bad acne at all, I just sometimes have those sporadic 1 or 2 huge zits, then the little annoying bumps on my T zone or near my temples! Its annoying because since they are so big and my face is pretty clear for the most part, they tend to stand out a lot more. I noticed though after been using my Clean & Clear continuous control acne cleanser w/ 10% benzoyl peroxide in it, my face has been zit free. It’s such a great feeling because with those zits caused me to have a lot of self-confidence issues, I know it could be worse however we each are affected differently by everything. I tend to sweat the small stuff which is one of my goals for this year, to not too! Anyways, What this bad boy does, is that once you start moisturizer your face it starts to tingle and you feel that cool mint sensation which I do love. Since there is benzoyl peroxide in this cleanser I feel as if it does 2x the work. Problem: BP is not for every skin, if you are sensitive, use any other medications for acne be sure to check with your dermatologist first or first time users, dab it on the zits first before doing the full cleanse. It can cause redness, itching, irritation, peeling of dead skin right when you start using it however, I’ve never had any of these issues and I have really sensitive skin. I would highly recommend this product if you are in need to get rid of those demon holes on your face and want to fight those harsh breakouts:. This product is not magic, it’s not taking away my zits without help. Those other helping hands are: washing your face really well with this product, drinking lots of water to pee out those toxins in your body and most definitely staying away from fast foods. That saying you are what you eat is so true, if you eat greasy salty foods your body will be absorbing that, in conclusion acne will get you. Start going for more raw none processed foods, veggies, fruits and stay away from foods that have corn syrup as a top 3-4 ingredient. Here’s to a new year and a beautiful new YOU!
