Being a savvy blogger that I am, I love reading other blogs and sometimes with that, I then, become inspired. The other day I came across an easy Mac n’ Cheese recipe. I am a little kid at heart when it comes to food and wish I would’ve found this recipe when I was back in uni. It is so simple, so easy and healthy. The ingredients that you will be using, you will probably already have, so no need to make a spontaneous annoying grocery run. I agree with Ella Claire, and how boxed foods can be so unhealthy and filled with crud, that when you make it all fresh, you know what’s going into it! - Pasta noodles
- Beans (optional)
- Salt & Pepper
1 & 1/3 C of pasta noodles into a microwaveable bowl.
Step 2: Add 1/3 C of (boiling, optional) water.
Microwave for 7 minutes, stir at 5,3 & 1.
Step 3: (optional) add Beans for protein!!
Step 4: Add a 1/2 C of cheese (depending on how cheesy you like it, you can add more) Then, add 2-3 TSPs of milk.
Step 5: Microwave for 1 more minute to nuke the beans and melt the cheese.
Step 6: Add cracked pepper or salt (optional) && ENJOY!!
