Who said healthy can’t be sweet has never had a good piece of fruit. I love fruit because of its natural sweetness taste. One of my favorite go-to snacks that I came up with has the perfect salty and sweet balance. It’s great for after workout snacks or any other time of the day. Plain Greek Yogurt with raw Oatmeal and Kiwi. Mmm good!
