This GORGEOUS place we found is actually located on the 20th floor, of the Le Méridien. It is also the highest open-air rooftop in Denver. The decor inside and rooftop itself is very contemporary. It’s definitely a more unique style when it comes to an open-air bar top for Denver.
When we arrived on the top floor, it has an interesting choice of decor… mountains and skiers were painted on the wall, w/ ski chairs for sitting. Then clouds for the lights, which I thought was very creative but did not go with the rest of the place. However, doesn’t mean I did not like it. Just did not understand the meaning behind it, haha!
The food is not as gorgeous as the rooftop but it was still delicious. We ordered the hummus dip and pork potstickers. Then I washed it down with a sparkling Washington. What really made my time here was the ambience and music. It really reminded me of my time during Australia. The bars there would have music blasting and a lot of House mixes or just good beats going. I loved it! Almost broke out some moves on the non-existent dance floor, but I managed to just relax and enjoy the view. I cannot wait to come back here during HH or even a Saturday late night drink and people watch.
